Ignite Your
Leadership Potential

Entering 9th grade

First-year LTPs

First year LTPs (entering 9th grade) have assignments with groups or specialty areas (such as swimming or ropes) in the morning. During the afternoon, they have a meeting with the LTP Coordinator and then participate in camp activities as campers. Their rotations with an assigned group usually last two weeks; at the end of the rotation, they receive a written evaluation.

Entering 10th grade

Second-year LTPs

Second-year LTPs (entering 10th grade) are assigned to a group or specialty area for most of the camp day. Rotations with an assigned group usually last two weeks; at the end of the rotation, they receive a written evaluation to help them track their progress. Second-year LTPs participate in a daily meeting, and also get a period of free choice. The focus for the second-year LTPs is on acquiring important leadership and job skills that they can carry with them to future places of employment.
