Bounders is for children entering grades 5 or 6 in the fall. Bounders is a two-week program consisting of day trips and a one-night overnight during the second week. Campers need to enroll for a minimum of one session, and can sign up for additional sessions as well. This unique program is a combination of adventure, recreational, and educational activities. Campers are encouraged to try new challenges, learn outdoor skills, and gain self-awareness in a safe, supportive environment.
Campers leave by van each morning from Camp West Woods with two counselors for that day’s trip. They return to camp in the afternoon in time for the regular 4:00 pick-up. There are different destinations for the various activities and overnights each session.
Limit: 12 campers per session.
